Sabino Canyon in Tucson, AZ offers many diverse trails. Paul and I took the tram for a cost of $8 each and got off at stop #9 to hike the Telephone Line Trail. This 4.5 mile trail has an overall elevation gain of 600' so fairly flat and great views. The trail follows the Southern side of Sabino Canyon with nice views of Sabino Creek which is lined with Cottonwood trees that had changed to their beautiful golden color for Fall. We hiked here in November 2014. This area is very popular with runners and hikers. For more information and directions to Sabino Canyon, see: http://hikearizona.com/decoder.php?ZTN=839
